“During the following months Danish Competition and Consumer Authority is going to decide whether Dansk Olieselskab ApS will be allowed to buy Shell Refinery and oil terminal at Skanseodden.” This according to Danish EjendomsWatch on October 18 last year. The news outlet quoted a story previously published by Fredericia daily.
The man behind Dansk Olieselskab is businessman Tommy Frank from Randers who in his career has been declared bankrupt several times, Fredericia daily reported.
