Why are the lasting impaired in Denmark as a minority considered going to be deprived of the freedom rights that the Lisbon treaty is assuring every citizen in the European Union (EU)?
If you are only 1 % or less of what you once were as a person, does that mean that you have no human rights at all?
Is the Danish bill proposing forced somatic treatment of permanently inhabile persons in accordance with the guaranties of personal freedom expressed in the Lisbon Treaty?
Has any lawyer evaluated the Danish bill (53 pages) from a European point of view?
Does Danish bill L 185 live up to EU standards of legislation?
The bill was debated in the Danish parliament Folketinget on April 26, 2017.
