US OSC, 2004: PARENTS CAN REQUEST A MERCURY-FREE VACCINE

In 2004 U.S. Office of Special Councel (OSC) in Washington D.C forwarded a letter of Public Health Concerns on Vaccines to Congress.
In the letter Special Counsel Scott J. Bloch – among other things – also stated:
…”Furthermore, parents and others should also know that they can request a mercury-free vaccine.”
The letter is of May, 20 2004.
This month of January 2013 vaccines where mercury is used as a preservative was excluded from a treaty aimed at reducing human exposure to mercury. For that reason the nine year old piece of information from OSC may prove useful to some.
The U.S. Office of Special Counsel is an independent investigative and prosecutorial agency and operates as a secure channel for disclosures of whistleblower complaints and abuse of authority.
OSC is authorized to receive disclosures of information from federal employees, former federal employees or applicants for federal employment alleging violations of law, rule or regulation, gross mismanagement, gross waste of funds, an abuse of authority, or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety.
